Site Selection

Meetings USA, Inc. will help you identify and select properties based on your organization’s needs and budget parameters.  We have cultivated strong relationships with major hotel chains, resorts and venues.  This enables our clients to benefit from our buying power.

We will conduct a thorough search of the best properties for your event.   After narrowing down the search, we will provide a detailed summary of all options, including room rates, amenities, food & beverage cost comparisons and meeting space details for you to review.  We will also assist with making site inspection arrangements for you to visit the properties prior to signing the contract.  

Throughout the site selection process, we will assist with supporting you; however, you still are the contracting party and operator of the program.  Meetings USA has the initial contact with prospective hotels, resorts and venues until the contract is in its final form.  All proposals and contracts are addressed to your organization.   Meetings USA is the third party supporter.
